my morning routine

my morning routine
hey guys sorry i havent been on in a very long time so here is my morning routine!
 
1. around 5:00 i wake up so i can have about 5 minutes just to lay in bed
 
2. i get out of bed around 5:05 or so and i take a quick shower and wash my hair ( i wash my hair ever 4 or 3days cause it doesnt really get dirty fast )
 
3. i get out of the shower and get out my uniform ( usually a plaid skirt , button up and blazer ) and lay it on my bed and fix my hair and makeup

4. when im done with my hair and makeup its around 6:20 because i dont do that much makep and my blow dryer is amazing . i get dressed and go downstairs for breakfast .
 
5. while i eat breakfast ,i check my polyvore , tumblr, instagram , and i listen to music and drink tea .
 
6.when im done with my breakfast i beg my sister to bring me to school or i walk with my bestfriend .
 

thats mainly all because i dont do that much makeup and i leave my hair how it drys because its wavy or i put it in a bun or ponytail

How to get a thigh gap!:D
Hey everyone! :D Ryann here! Sorry I haven't been very active, my internet isn't on for now. I'm at my grandmoms so I'm doing some tips here! We have some inactive tip girls so I'm going to message them and auditions are going to be open in a few minutes! :D
 
Well onto the tip! P.S. You don't need a thigh gap to be pretty. Most girls just seem to want one. I mean I don't even have one!

1. Avoid exercises such as squats, lunges, leg curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, leg extensions and calf raises, especially with heavy weights for now. They DO NOT slim thighs. A piece of cardio machinery you would do well to avoid is the Stairmaster. Although these things are good for you and are often promoted to make thigh smaller, they actually target thigh muscles and can make them bigger. Weight training makes muscle fibers larger.
 
2. Do cardiovascular exercise to slim thighs. This is the main tool in your arsenal. Your cardio goal should be to burn fat without gaining much muscle mass in the thighs. To do this you need to avoid working the thigh muscles more than necessary. On cardio equipment, keep the resistance low on the elliptical or stationary bike, or the incline low on the treadmill. If you’re running outside, avoid hilly terrain. However, aim for a moderately high intensity for maximum effectiveness.
 
3.Endurance exercising is one of the most effective exercises to get defined, slim thighs and legs. Endurance runners tend to have very slim legs, especially compared to sprinters who have highly developed and very large thigh muscles.
 
4. Pay attention to the muscles you feel being targeted. You DON’T want to be working out your thighs too much and making the muscles bigger. Posture othe the elliptical is critical. If you’re standing correctly, it will target your butt, outer thighs and hamstrings, and lessen the strain on your quadriceps (the front of your thighs.)
 
5. Resistance training is great if you want to increase the shape and definition of your thighs without making them too bulky. You do need muscles to have nice, slim thighs, and resistance training will allow the kind of toning you want. Keep the weights moderately light. Focus on doing more repetitions with less resistance. (you can probably go on google and search for some examples of resistance training and it'll show you what to do!)
 
6. Yoga and stretching are both great for making your legs appear longer and leaner, especially if you’ve never really stretched and your muscles are tight.
 
Some example exercises you can do to target your inner thigh muscles are:
 
1. Supine Hip Abduction with Ankle Weights: Attach ankle weights to your ankles and lie on the floor with your arms resting on the floor at your sides. Engage your core and draw your knees into your chest before extending your legs directly above your hips. Straighten your legs and dorsiflex your feet so your toes point down toward your face. Keep your legs straight and at hip level as you spread your legs as far as possible. Fight against the resistance of the ankle weights as you return to the starting position.
 
2. Lateral Lunge: Stand with your feet spaced hip-width apart and toes pointing forward. Extend your arms out in front of you and engage your core muscles. Start by lunging to the right with your right leg while keeping your left leg straight. Control your body weight to the right and softly plant your foot on the floor. Continue to lower your body into a squat by driving your hips backward and flexing at your right knee. Once your knee reaches a 90-degree bend, return to the starting position by pushing off of your right foot to lunge your body back. Continue on your left side by lunging to the left with your left leg.
 
3. Power Plie Squats: Stand with your feet side by side and extend your arms out in front of you to help with balance. Contract your core muscles to stabilize your spine. Jump up and spread your legs wider than hip-width in midair. Land softly on the balls of your feet and continue to lower your body into a plie squat by bending your knees. Once you reach a 90-degree bend at both knees, powerfully jump back up and bring your feet back together before landing in the starting position. To lessen the impact, slightly bend your knees as you come into contact with the floor.
 
4. Lateral Shuffle: Stand with your feet spaced wider than hip-width apart with your toes facing forward. Extend your arms out in front of you for balance. Drop down into a half squat and engage your core to keep your torso upright. Without lifting out of the squat, shuffle your body to the right by jumping your left foot in toward your right foot and then immediately jumping your right foot out to the right. Continue to shuffle to the right for at least 10 steps and then shuffle left by leading with your right foot.

Nails Tips and Tricks
Here are 25 tips to get perfect nails at home!
 
1. Use Ice Cold Water to Dry your nails. Just dip them in for like 3 or 4 minutes and bam your nails are dry.
 
2. Spray Cooking Spray (like Pam) to avoid smudges.
 
3. Mix water, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide to get whiter nails.
 
4. Take a tiny eyeshadow brush and dip it in nail polish remover to remove little spots around your nail bed.
 
5. Apply Multiple coats instead of using one thick coat. It will have a nice look.
 
6. Take waterproof clear bandages and put them over the nail right before you get to the tip of your nail and paint the tip with anycolor. To get a perfect easy French nail.
 
7. I hate when I smudge my nice new painted mani so for a quick smudge fixer upper just lick it. Yes. It does work! Your saliva reacts to the paint and makes it soften and blends it together.
 
8. Rub VapoRub by Vicks to help nail infection.
 
9. If the air is humid it will take longer for your nails to dry.
 
10. Don’t put your nails up to a fan. You may think it will dry faster but truth is it will just make bubbles on your nails.
 
11. Super Glue a split nail. Just dap a little bit of superglue on your nail and then paint it with a color to hid the super glue.
 
12. Instead of spending crazy prices on Matte nail polish just buy NYC “Matte Me Crazy” it is $2.00! All you do is just paint it over any nail polish and bam you have a Matte color!!
 
13. To make nails grow faster I take a multivitamin supplements and eat yogurt every day. It is so easy to get long nails by doing this!
 
14. How to get the lid off a nail polish bottle that will not come off? Well just run the lid over hot water and it should come off. If that doesn’t work well go find a strong teenage boy to get the lid off!!
 
15. Got nail polish on your carpet and your parents are going to be ticked off with you well just take Windex and just wipe it until it comes out. It works!
 
16. If your nail polish is just too thick and goopy pour a little bit of nail polish thinner in it and it won’t be goopy.
 
17. Instead of shaking the bottle just rub it in the palm of your hands it will remove all the goopy chunks.
 
18. For nail art buy MASH nail art brushes they are like $10.00 and last a long time.
 
19. If you are me I have a ton of nail polishes so take little pieces of tape and paint each color you have and put them on top of each the lids. So you know what each color looks like.
 
20. Do you bite your nails? How do you stop? Take a rubber band and put it on your wrist so when you start to bite them take the rubber band and start to play with it. That or you can carry around a straw and chew it. My friend did this and she stopped biting her nails in less than 2 weeks.
 
21. Go Bed Bath and Beyond and buy a spice rack they are like $25.00 and hang it up on your wall too put them your nail polishes on it.
 
22. Can’t get off that nail polish? Take tin foil, cotton ball, and nail polish remover. Take the cotton ball and put nail polish remover on the cotton ball. Take the cotton ball and place it on the nail and then all you do is wrap tin foil around your nail. Leave it on for 10 mins or so and then take it off and the polish should be off.
 
23. Take a glow stick and crack it open then pour it in clear nail polish. Then bam! You have have glow in the dark nail polish!
 
24. Take clear nail polish and paint your nail polish then dip it in eyeshadow glitter for a perfect glitter nail look.
 
25. Last one of my tips I use whenever I paint my nails! Put white vinegar on a cotton ball and wipe it over your nails. It will make your polish last longer.

How To: Spice Up A White Tee
A lot of people think wearing a solid color white tee is just so boring! I haven’t ever thought that. You can dress up or down a white tee quick. I think a lot of these you have in your closet or you are able to go out and buy at like Old Navy,Target,ect. for cheap. If you are like me I am into buying deals and steals! I love sales!! Here are ideas on what to do.
 
1st Outfit- Colored jeans, converse, and a printed backpack.
2nd Outfit- Floral patterned skirt, black ballet shoes, tote bag, and black and white bangles.
3rd Outfit- Blue jean shorts, floppy hat, tote bag, and flip-flops
4th Outfit- Dark or light wash jeans, infinity scarf, TOMS, crossbody bag, and stud earrings.
 
You can mix and match stuff. Don’t be worried to go crazy with it. It is your clothes you wear what makes you feel amazing!
